MENTORSHIP PROGRAM IS HERE

Interested in getting better at project management? Or, are you interested in sharing your project leadership experiences and insights with developing project professionals?

If you answer “Yes” to either of these questions, then the CMASS Mentoring Program is the PERFECT opportunity for you!

Mentoring Program Benefits:

Professional Development – It’s no secret that mentoring helps mentees to establish and achieve meaningful learning goals, which fosters skill development and broadens experiences and insights immediately applicable on the job

Personal Growth - Mentoring programs help mentees to feel more confident and empowered in their careers, leading to great job satisfaction, higher productivity, and personal growth.

Social Enrichment – Mentoring builds links, provides for meaningful networking, and supports an easy exchange of diverse perspectives on project management topics.

Earn PDUs for PMI Certification Renewal – For PMI credential holders, full program participation provides an opportunity to earn up to 20 PDUs toward PMI certification renewal.

Program Structure & Timeline –

o Program Kick-off (2hrs) - October 4, 2023

o 1^st Mentor Panel Discussion (1hr) - November 29, 2023 (optional)

o Program Midpoint & Speaker (2hrs) - January 10, 2024

o 2^nd Mentor Panel Discussion (1hr) – February 28, 2024 (optional)

o Program Wrap-up (2hrs) – March 20, 2024

o 12 1:1 Mentoring Sessions (1hr) – Schedule & location/format chosen by each pair

Program Cost:

o FREE to Mentors

o $100 for Mentees

o Only $25 for College Student Mentees
