CLIFF NOTES

P3 & P4 Conversions​

• Solid progress continues and P3 conversions are expected to be completed by EOW​. 
• We have placed a heavy focus on suppliers and customers​ conversions. 
• Next, we will prioritize P4 conversions based on P3 conversion status​. 

SIT Test Case Scenarios​

• All SIT test cases will be named & numbered by EOW​.
• We have placed a specific focus on additional / new business case scenarios. ​
• The plan for SIT 1 is click by click test case development​. 
• The Requirements for SIT 1 have been converted into Jira as Test Cases and these are all sprint slotted so please pay attention to which ones are slotted for which sprint. 
• Once the Day in the Life of Business Process Flow Test Cases are documented in the Excel file on SharePoint they will be converted to Jira under the SIT 1 or SIT 2 Test plans based on what is provided in the Excel file for sprints and dates.

Service Desk Plus Ticketing System​

• Last week, we hosted an initial planning meeting and identified resources to build out the needed functionality​. 
• We have scheduled a ticketing system design workshop on 11/03​/22. 

SOP / Training Material​ Development 

• The current process is manual​, so we are evaluating automated capture tools like Guided Learning, UIPath Task Capture, etc.

RF Smart​

• We are on target for the scheduled Man Rd on-site demos (11/09/22 & 11/10/22). ​

P3 E2E Questions​

• This week, we will focus on sourcing responses to all submitted questions, validating the information and sharing it back out to the E2E attendee group.

Human Capital Management 

• UAT conversions are in process. UAT is tentatively scheduled to begin next Monday. 
• Payroll Parallel 1 is in progress and defects are being resolved. Payroll Parallel 2 data conversion are in process. 
• Ongoing integration calls continue, as integrations are at risk. We are in an iterative defect resolution cycle. 2 integrations are a Pass.
• HCM is finalizing the web clocking station setup and orders for equipment. 
• We are scheduling weekly SOP calls to develop and send to OCM (Organizational Change Management).
