Hikes.

I started 2024 off strong by going for a hike on New Year's Day! With so many great places to explore, I decided to adventure to Gold Creek Pond as this is one of my all time favorites!! The weather was a bit chilly, so I bundled up and kept warm by keeping a good pace. The trail was covered in snow so I wore my spikes to help with traction and saw fellow hikers using snowshoes, poles, and even saw a few cross-country skiers! When I got to the pond, the views were absolutely incredible. What a wonderful spot to reflect on the past year, while eating delicious snacks of course! CONGRATULATIONS to my sellers, and my buyers!! This week, I represented both parties in an off-market deal, located on Mercer Island - and now we are officially under contract! This home is absolutely stunning! It has the best floorplan, with hardwoods throughout, an updated kitchen, three spacious bedrooms on the main floor, an outstanding lower level, an expansive back deck - with Lake Washington and mountain views, a fully fenced and gated yard, and a detached 2-car garage! While completing all of the paperwork, I also hired local companies to inspect and paint the home, pressure wash the driveway and stairs, and clean the inside to get it ready for the new family. I am so happy for my clients, and am beyond grateful for their trust in me to make this happen!
