Hikes.

Did you know that I am afraid of heights? Or the edge, rather. So hiking to the summit of Rattlesnake Ledge always makes me a little nervous. The views from the top, however, are absolutely worth it! This 4-mile hike is one of the most popular hikes in Washington and is often people's first hike when relocating to the Northwest. The trail is lovely, well-groomed, and Rattlesnake Lake is within eyeshot most of the way! If you are looking for a beautiful place to conquer your fears, this is it!

This week, I hosted 2 open houses at my new listing in Snohomish and it was extremely busy!! There were over 50 people that came through and in addition, there were 28 private showings! As you can imagine, this amount of interest resulted in multiple offers! We received 10 great offers which I reviewed, then presented to my client. After much deliberation, I helped my client choose the best one, and we are now officially pending!
