Although I am able to work remotely, there's nothing like having your boots on the ground. While I was away, I was able to schedule a lot of appointments with my vendors for my upcoming listing and was able to meet with them according to plan upon my return.
First, I met with the staging company to do a walk-through of the property and that was immediately followed by the cleaning appointment to have the property deep cleaned. The next day, I picked up the signpost, and loaded it in my SUV - along with my listing toolbox. I spent the rest of the day researching more about the property and preparing the paperwork for the listing. The following morning, I went back to Cle Elum to meet with the staging crew and worked on a few projects with the owner while the staging was taking place. Thank goodness the drive over the pass is gorgeous because the next day I drove over to meet the photographer/videographer! We captured content for the listing and I am really excited to see it all come together. There are a lot of steps that go into getting your home ready to sell and I am happy to be able to help my clients throughout this process. Looking forward to putting this amazing property on the market - It's truly incredible!
