Hikes.

For the majority of this week, I was on the East Coast, but that didn't stop me from hiking! I flew to Pennsylvania for my nephew's birthday and while there, my brother planned a hike for our family! We traveled to the Susquehannock State Park and hiked to Hawk Point! Which seems appropriate considering the Seahawks made it into the playoffs and my brother is a huge football fan. This trail was lovely and it was a perfect day to go explore! The sun was shining and the views from the summit were outstanding! You could see the hawks' nests in the trees below which overlooks the Susquehanna River. We had a great time on our adventure making memories, eating snacks & taking pictures!

Homes.

This week, while out of town visiting family, I was able to work remotely and set up some showings for when I got back home. In addition to scheduling tours, I also arranged a few very important meetings as well.

First, I showed my client a stunning home in Woodinville that is located on Crystal Lake. The home is located in a gated community and the views were outstanding. She liked it so much that we are going to look at it again this weekend!

Next, I met with a new client who is a first-time home buyer. This client is looking for a townhome in North Seattle and I am thrilled to be able to assist her throughout the home-buying process. We discussed her wish list, set up her search criteria, and will be touring townhomes in the near future. I can't wait to help her find the perfect place to call home!

Lastly, I spoke with my clients who wanted to meet with a lender to discuss their financial options. I arranged the meeting for them and now that my clients know their budget, they are confident to start their home-buying journey. It is important to have your finances in order so that when you find your dream home, I can help you make a competitive offer.

Lifted Taco is located in Woodinville and offers an incredibly unique menu, including vegan options! This locally owned family restaurant was inspired by their food travels around the country. So they opened Lifted Taco - a neighborhood food service escape with a laid-back vibe offering extreme taco happiness. While dining here this week, I decided to try the vegan smashed breakfast taco. It was delicious. And wholesome! The corn tortilla was piled high with potatoes, vegan sausage, a mix of vegetables, and topped with an avocado puree! Just what I needed to start my day!
