This week, I hiked with my mom to Franklin Falls and we had so much fun! The weather was absolutely perfect and the birds were singing to us the entire way! The trail meanders through lush greenery alongside Denny Creek... and as you venture deeper, the views get better and the sound of rushing water grows stronger. Finally, the majestic Franklin Falls comes into view and you can feel the cold mist in the air. The powerful water gushed down moss-covered rocks, making for an unforgettable ending to a wonderful hike!

After our hike this week, we stopped by Laconia Market at the top of Snoqualmie Pass to enjoy their 'lil local pbj' - and it was so good! Laconia Market is a grocery store and coffee shop that offers foods like breakfast burritos, sandwiches, soups, bowls, salads, pastries, and more. And they have several vegan options! The grocery selection features everything you need from fresh produce, to farm-fresh eggs, to household necessities. They also have an amazing outdoor patio that is surrounded by mountains! If you are at the pass, this is the perfect place to shop, grab a bite, or hang out with family & friends!
