Hiking Little Si is quite popular as it is only about 4 miles round trip and the views are absolutely breathtaking. Located in the Cascade Mountain Range, just outside of North Bend, this moderately strenuous trail winds through lush forests that are filled with vibrant beauty everywhere you look! It's no wonder why people like exploring here!! After continuing up the well-groomed switchbacks, you arrived at a ledge that overlooks an abundance of evergreen trees. The weather was perfect and there were a lot of other hikers at the summit - especially for a weekday! I took a few photos and videos and definitely enjoyed the sunshine before heading back down. Located in the historic Old Bellevue neighborhood, Carmine's is nestled against Bellevue Park and has an outstanding garden patio that is perfect on a nice day. Offering a rustic, timeless ambiance, Carmine's provides guests with a convenient escape from the increasingly urbanized way of life. Carmine's Bellevue is a true destination on the east side and is a great place to go for meetings or special occasions. This week, while having lunch with a business associate, I enjoyed Everyvine Red Mountain wine with the Spaghetti Ortolano - prepared vegan with arugula, tomatoes, pine nuts, and extra virgin olive oil. It was absolutely delicious!
