Did you know that there is a 320-acre park located in Bellevue? This week, I met up with my mom and we hiked through the Mercer Slough Nature Park and it was so much fun! The weather was warm and it was a perfect day to go for an adventure! The path was very lush and had amazing boardwalks connecting to different trails. If you are looking for an urban hike, this is it!

Homes.

This week, I showed one of my buyers a home in Edmonds! Although it checked all of the boxes on her wishlist, the house had a funny odor and was way overpriced. I always tell my clients that you can't smell the listing photos so it is important to go check them out in person! We are going to continue with our search and will hopefully find THE ONE soon! In addition, this week, I attended a class at my office to go over the NWMLS form revisions. In real estate, we use several different forms to create offers, and often times these forms are revised. As a real estate professional, it is imperative that I stay up to date with changes like this and continue to educate myself so that I can best help others.

After touring the home in Edmonds, my client and I decided to grab a bite to eat at Salish Sea Brewing - a Local Brewpub that offers outstanding food and beverages!! While dining here, I enjoyed the Vegan Veggie on Rye, which has a hummus spread, arugula, cucumbers, onions, red peppers, and tomatoes and is served with kettle potato chips!! It was the perfect meal shared with wonderful company and I can't wait to visit the Brewpub again soon!
