This week I traveled all over Washington State to show homes to my clients. One of my buyers wanted to see 5 houses so I set up appointments for us to go check them out! Out of the 5, one stood out and was exactly what she is looking for. The location was not ideal so we are going to keep looking for the perfect one! It was a great day house shopping with my client and I am confident we will find her dream home - in the perfect place.

In addition to those tours, I arranged for a second showing for the home located on Crystal Lake and it was just as stunning as the first time we were there. I put together a Comparative Market Analysis to show my client similar properties in the area and one of them actually caught her eye! So we went to go see that one as well! Whether it is one of these homes, or one we see in the future, I am always happy to show my clients homes!
