If you are looking for a fun hike to take kids on, this is it! This week, I took my friend's kiddos hiking with me and we had so much fun!! The last time I took them for a hike, it was snowing and the waterfall we went to was frozen!! I promised I would take them again and asked if they would like to join me on another adventure! They of course said yes, and their mom told me that they even put it on their calendars... so cute. The trail was beautiful and they took turns leading the way! After several stairs at the end, we made it to the falls and had a great time enjoying the views!! We had a few snacks and took some photos before heading back down. They did such a good job keeping up and were in good spirits the entire time! What I loved most about this trip was the memories that were made and how nature provides us with experiences and lessons that will last a lifetime.

This week, I met with one of my friends for lunch and I enjoyed the Vegan Mushroom Fried Rice. It was made with mushrooms, peas, carrots, and of course steamed rice - everything was so flavorful and was cooked to perfection. At Baron's, they use only the finest ingredients, paired with highly technical, traditional cooking methods to create innovative, delicious dishes. My meal was absolutely amazing and I am looking forward to visiting Baron's again soon!
