If you haven't been to Ba Bar in Seattle, you are missing out! This Vietnamese restaurant offers amazing one-of-a-kind options and has an incredible ambiance. This week, I went to Ba Bar with some of my friends and had the Vegan Vermicelli - which had Spinach tofu wraps, carrots, daikon, shiitake mushroom, noodles, herbs, and Northwest tofu.
