This week, I hiked Gold Creek Pond and it was absolutely beautiful!! The last time I visited this trail, it was covered in snow, and I was with over 20 ladies!! I knew I really wanted to come back here in the fall so this week I made it happen!! I got up super early before work and watched the sunrise on my way to the trailhead! The weather was perfect and I didn't see another person the entire time!! I couldn't believe I had this stunning place all to myself! While heading to meet with a client, I saw there was a Flying Apron on the way and just had to stop by!! The cafe I visited is located in West Seattle and offers several delicious vegan options!! If you know me, you know I love cookies, so I ordered the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie and it was so good!!
