This week's hike was short and sweet - and I still can't seem to get these images out of my mind! I decided to wake up super early to hike before work and this is what I saw! With my Woods Coffee, I set out for my adventure and watched the sunrise as I drove through the cascade mountains. Gold Creek Pond is quickly making its way up to one of my favorite places to visit. I have been here every season this year and absolutely love it each time - and for different reasons!! This time, the air was crisp, fall colors were popping and the water was incredibly calm. What a way to start the day! We are so lucky to have beautiful places like this to explore here in the Northwest - and with minimal elevation gain, this hike is great for anyone, anytime!
