Hikes.

Although most of my week was spent on the East Coast, I still made it back in time to go for an amazing hike! Twin Falls is a lovely trail located near North Bend and is a wonderful place to explore! There was mist in the air and the leaves were falling, making for the perfect autumn adventure. The sound of the river was so soothing and the views were beautiful the entire time! The Pacific Northwest is seriously the best - I'm so happy to call this place home!

I absolutely love Thai food and this week I was working in Bellevue so I decided to stop by Araya's Place!! I haven't been to this restaurant in so long and I was really excited to enjoy their food again! While visiting, I had their signature Vegan Phad Thai and it was absolutely delicious!! Their staff is always so nice and their menu is completely vegan, which is really hard to find on the East Coast! If you are looking for an incredible meal, check out Araya's!
