This week, I spent a lot of time working with my buyers to ensure their new property was in good condition and was ultimately a smart investment. Our offer was accepted last week; however, it was contingent on an inspection. So this week, we had the property inspected and appraised and the results were great! As a realtor, there is a ton that goes on behind the scenes to ensure your clients are protected - and a lot of communication with several parties to coordinate and execute these tasks. I am so happy for my clients! We are now less than 2 weeks away from closing and I can't wait to give them the keys!
