Saint Edwards State Park has several trails that you can explore and this week, I decided to hike The Grotto! This path is always really pretty - especially this time of year! The hike to the lake is actually downhill first... so I always like to spend a little extra time at the shore taking in the stunning views before hiking back out! The entire beach was covered in leaves and the sun made the water sparkle. It was such a wonderful day and I am so grateful we have beautiful places like this close by!

The cafes are usually really busy and you can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in! I had a meeting at the Redmond cafe this week, and while visiting, I enjoyed the Vegan Avocado Toast and it was delicious!
