Hikes.

This week I had planned to go to Lake Ingalls; however, with the lowland snowfall, I decided I would save that adventure for another time. I love hiking in the snow - but driving in it is a whole different story. If I don't absolutely need to go somewhere in these conditions, I won't - simply because I don't want to put myself or others at risk. In addition, I am very blessed to live in a town that is extremely walkable... and includes some incredible trails. The Powerline Trail is one of my favorites to explore during these brisk winter days because I can literally go hiking right out my front door. I put on my spikes and set out for a nice walk through this PNW winter wonderland.
