Hikes.

Work has been keeping me extremely busy, so I only had one opportunity in my schedule to hike this week. The forecast called for sunshine and I was looking forward to the clear mountain views. But our typical northwest weather switched unexpectedly and I was summit bound in the rain, then the snow. Yes, snow. Luckily, I am always prepared for any adventure, so I put on my microspikes and continued chasing my dreams. The summit was completely socked in and it was incredibly windy so I quickly took a few photos, ate some snacks, and headed back down to my warm SUV! It was chilly, but so worth it!

This week I was invited to tour an incredible penthouse condo for sale in Seattle! I was absolutely blown away by the sweeping city, mountain, Space Needle, and Puget Sound views. This home has been completely remodeled with a Chef's Kitchen that features Sub-Zero & Monogram Appliances, Carrara Counters, and custom cabinetry. Deco Glass art shelves, Motorized Lutron Shades and two private parking spaces. In addition to checking out this stunning home, I showed one of my buyers a few more townhomes that were located in Edmonds and she found one she loved!! I wrote the offer and it was accepted! I am so happy for my first-time home buyer & I love her new kitchen!
