Just over 1000 people attended our Section Conference last month in Vancouver, Washington. If you missed it, you missed a great time had  by all.  The Lower Columbia Subsection welcomed attendees from our three states   to a conference that was filled with world class technical content and superb networking opportunities.

The conference kicked off with a day of either golf or pre-conference technical sessions and culminated with the   passing of the gavel from outgoing Section Chair  Mel Damewood   to current  Section Chair James Dean. Look for a complete conference recap in the July edition of Water Matters.

Highlights included Cheryl Capron  winning the Powell Lindsay Award; and Bob Ward taking home the association's highest award - The George Warren Fuller.
