SUPPORT FOR MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS - Through the Utility Management Committee

Congratulations!  You are now a supervisor or manager of people.  It is your job to:
Motivate, Delegate and hold others accountable.

Great managers focus on the success of others over themselves They build trust and working relationships amongst all members of the team.

Many of us have had little training to step into these roles and may be flying solo.  The Utility Management Committee seeks to provide support and resources.  We currently meet on the third Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. PST.  Please visit our webpage or contact Kim Reid for more information.
