A message for our residents

The holidays are approaching and this is a time to focus on family and friends. This fall, members of our property management teams will participate in a special training that will focus on you - our residents.

In partnership with University Health, the Trauma Informed Customer Service

Training provides promising new practices that will help us better support you through active listening and compassionate empathy. At the core of this training is the belief

that the physical and emotional safety of our residents is considered first and

foremost: a goal that is in line with our company’s mission.

We are confident that our site teams will continue to provide high-quality property management and superior service to you because of this unique opportunity.

Changes in the inspection process

will help residents

We are implementing a few changes in the property inspection process that will focus more attention on the areas that impact residents the most. Our property managers, community impact coordinators, and maintenance professionals will be spending

more time and resources to make sure your home is ready for future inspections.

They will be taking a closer look at issues related to general housekeeping, pest control, entry doors, windows, plumbing,

and outlet covers. These inspections will ensure that you

continue to live in safe and sanitary conditions.

Thank you for continuing to work with your property manager

and making them aware of any repairs or problems you

experience prior to the inspection. They will be in touch with additional information on upcoming inspections. Feel free to

reach out to them with any questions.
