We are very excited to share new information from MLSSAZ. From the website, to Coming Soon listing status, statistics and more. We are here to make sure you are provided with tools to power your business. We have so much to offer already in 2021.

We are launching the new website on Sunday, February 14th. Due to mainentance and our desire to make the launch as seemless as possible, the Gateway login will not be available between 10 pm and 12 am. On the new site, your Gateway Login will have a link at the top for your convenience. This link will be your access to the Gateway sign-in. The new website is mlssaz.com.

POLICY CHANGES COMING SOON STATUS
In May 2020, the MLS of Southern Arizona launched the Coming Soon Listing Status. Since that time, the MLSSAZ team has been hard at work supporting participants and subscribers using the new status. In the effort of improving the status to be more user friendly, the Board of Directors assembled a Coming Soon Workgroup charged with reviewing the functionality and rules for the Coming Soon Status.

These changes utliize Subscriber feedback to develop the Coming Soon Workgroup recommendations. While these revisions will not require much action by our Subscribers, a change in flexibility and a clarification of rules promotes cooperation by allowing a greater common understanding of
Coming Soon listings.

What’s next to expect for Coming Soon? The MLS will begin working to improve the Coming Soon/Exempt/Delay Authorization form.
