The Association will continue its “on-demand” pool and spa heating program for the 2026–2027 season with some notable enhancements. The goal of the program is to heat pools and spas when they are expected to be used, while reducing unnecessary energy consumption and costs.

Residents must request pool and or spa heating for November 2026 through May 2027.

How to Request Heating

Please submit a work order through the Association’s website (pgawest.org) indicating:

• The pool and/or spa you would like heated; and
• The specific dates you would like heating. For example, December 15^th through January 2^nd.

Requests for the upcoming month may be submitted no earlier than two weeks before the beginning of that month. For example, if you would like Pool 3X to be heated on December 15^th, you may submit your request beginning November 15^th.

Please Plan Ahead

• Pools: Please submit requests at least 48 hours in advance, as pools require approximately 48 hours to reach the appropriate temperature.
• Spas: Spas can generally be heated on the same day; however, 24 hours advance request is appreciated.

A new work order is required for each period in which heating is requested. If you plan to use a pool or spa on multiple dates during the month, please include all requested dates in the same work order.
