Shooters...
Due to predicted snow, Frozen Five #5 and 5.5 has been postponed from this weekend March 1-2. NEW DATES are March 8-9 at Scarborough Fish & Game. At noon on Sunday, we will be drawing all the series prizes. Links to the series standings can be found below. There is a lot of information below, so please read the entire email.
If you are already scheduled to shoot and can still make the new dates, you do not need to update your registration. If you are registered to shoot and cannot make the new dates, please go into ScoreChaser and cancel your registration and golf cart (or email in and we'll take you out). If you canceled your registration and wish to shoot on the new dates, please email in to have your registration re-actived.
EVENTS
For Frozen Five #5 and 5.5, the events are the same for both days. This shoot will consist of two, 100 target NSCA registered events: a 100 target Main (Frozen Five #5) and a second Main event type event (Frozen Five #5.5). The course will be open 8am - 3pm both days. You can shoot any event first. Also, no mixed event squads, please...please have everyone on your squad shoot the same event at the same time. All events are European start (no pre-squadding, you will squad yourself).

As you know, we are now putting all our shoots up on ScoreChaser.com. It is easy to create a free account. We strongly urge all our shooters to go out and create a FREE account and become familiar with the ScoreChaser.com website. If you are having trouble creating an account on ScoreChaser, please reach out to their technical support. Need help creating your ScoreChaser account, go to ScoreChaser’s Tutorial Video.
REGISTER
To register, please register on ScoreChaser.com. On ScoreChaser, if you have an NSCA number, please type it into the NSCA ID field (and press enter) when registering - it will automatically pull all your information from the NSCA database and load your class information. For the Frozen Five Events, please be sure to select the day you are shooting (once you click the event you are registering for, it gives you the Option of Saturday and Sunday) - this gives us a lunch count. If you use ScoreChaser to register for events outside of Maine, please use ScoreChaser to register for our events.
REGISTERING MULTIPLE SHOOTERS
We've had some questions about how to register multiple shooters on ScoreChaser. Go in and register yourself (if you have an NSCA number, be sure to put that in the proper field on the first page). When you get to the payment page (no payment is due until you get to the club to register in), at the bottom next to the "REGISTER" button, please click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER". You will need to do that for each shooter you wish to register. Filling out the squadding information, DOES NOT register additional shooters in.

LUNCH
Lunch will be provided both days (11am - 1pm).
AMMO
We have plenty of ammo for sale at all of our events.
GOLF CARTS
We now have a limited number of golf carts available to rent for our events. $50 per day. Please reserve one under Amenities on ScoreChaser.
PUBLIC RECREATIONAL SPORTING CLAYS
Due to all our recent snow, Wednesday & Sunday we are running 5-Stand instead of Sporting...Wednesday 9am - 3pm and Sunday 9am - 2pm (on non-tournament Sundays). Come out and get in some winter practice. Please always check our website calendar and sporting clays page to see if we are open. We will be open for 5-Stand on Sunday, March 2.
