This weekend's stop at Corner Pocket Cafe in Orange, CT has been postponed till further notice. Many players expressed an interest in postponing the event given the large interest in the Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fight, scheduled for Saturday night.
For those interested, Steinway Billiards in Astoria Queens is showing the fight this weekend with incredible deals. A $20 entry at the door gets you access to the most anticipated boxing match of the decade!
In addition, they are offering FREE pool table reservations on a first come, first serve basis (minimum 4 players per table). To reserve a table, call 718-472-2124. BOOK now for your favorite table.
Thanks so much for your support of the tour and I look forward to seeing everyone at our next event, The George 'Ginky' Sansouci Memorial Tournament.

Important Changes for the Finale
The finale this season will be potentially $8,000 ADDED event. We will withhold a certain amount from most events during the regular season to add to the finale to guarantee the added money for the finale. In addition, we are giving first priority to the players ranked highest in their player of the year standings. As we will now use a split chart going forward, we will give first priority to the top players in the following categories.
Top of the Chart:

The amateur finale is an invitational event. The top players from each class will be invited to play. In the event a player cannot attended, additional invites will go out at the tour's discretion. Tour invites are based on tour standings & events played.
To pay the standard entry fee, players must have play in TEN (10) stops this season. If you've played less than TEN (10), but FIVE (5) or more, but can play in the finale but you'll have to pay double your normal entry fee. Invitations will not be given to any player that hasn't played in at least FIVE (5) stops. To summarize:
Standard Entry: 10 or more events
Doubled Entry: 5 - 9 events
Do Not Qualify: 4 or less events
The Open/Pro is open to ALL players.
Please contact Tony or Finnegan to confirm you spot in the finale.

NEW PLAYERS!
From now on, ALL new players and/or players that are not regulars on the tour will NOT be allowed to compete in the MAJOR ABCD tournaments unless a verifiable handicap is established. These rules will be implemented at the tour's discretion. If you are new to the tour, haven't played in a recent tournament on the tour, or you are bringing someone new to the tour, we advise you to contact Finnegan or Tony BEFORE the tournament and confirm your handicap. Otherwise you will not be allowed to play.
The ABCD MAJOR Tournaments of the Season:
- Empire State Amateur/Pro Championship
- George 'Ginky' SanSouci Memorial
- Eastern States Amateur Championship
- Predator Tour Finale
For Regular ABCD tournaments, any player that is unable to provide proof of a current handicap will either not be allow to play in the ABCD event or will be placed at the handicap of the tournament director's discretion upon arrival. There is no guarantee you will be allowed to play so again we recommend contacting Tony or Finnegan BEFORE the tournament. Remember, anyone is allowed to play in the Open/Pro event on Sundays.
Verifiable proof includes but isn't limited to:
- Current Tour Card Listing Handicap for another Tour
- Verification from another Tour Director or League Operator
If at any point the tour feels a player has intentionally been dishonest about their handicap level or deceived the tour in any way, the tour reserves the right to kick the player out of the tournament and will NOT refund the entry fee or registration.
Tony can be reached by email at TonyRoblesNYC@gmail.com or by phone at (917) 202-2750.
