As the business executes its growth strategy, Promontory Point Capital continues to serve as Regal Ware's advisor in evaluating acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships. PPC assisted Regal Ware in marketing the ESPRO business culminating in the sale of this segment to DKK Enterprises. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada with additional operations in China and Europe, ESPRO is a strategic addition to DKK's existing platform of home beverage equipment brands sold globally. The transaction involving ESPRO represents another successful Done Deal for our firm.
