Based in Madison, Wisconsin, ProClip USA is a value-added distributor of electronic device mounting solutions used in commercial, industrial, and consumer vehicles to safely secure a wide variety of mobile electronic accessories. The Company has established a strong reputation amongst a growing number of Fortune 500 B2B clients where ProClip's custom vehicle mounts and device-specific holders protect key electronic assets such as scanners, tablets, laptops, and other devices used on trucks, forklifts, and other transit vehicles. Ultimately, a transaction with Chicago-based Prospect Partners allowed ownership to achieve a variety of business and personal objectives. The transaction involving ProClip USA & Prospect Partners closed during October, 2020 and represents another successful Done Deal for PPC in advising Midwest-based privately-held companies.
