For sports professionals reading this, we would love to work with you. PPF's Playbook is as follows:
  • It's Safe : When handled improperly, charitable giving can involve risk and expose you to unwanted scrutiny from the IRS and the public at large. PPF ensures your assets will be managed diligently and the accounting of your contributions will be in compliance with the latest tax codes. We also review the charity you wish to support to make sure they are also in good standing with the IRS. So we protect not only your money, but also your brand.
  • It's Simple:  Get tax benefits now, take your time deciding where and when to give. Place your annual contribution into a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) with PPF.  And with your advise, we'll take care of the rest according to your instructions.  Learn more..
  • It's Powerful: Your charitable assets can increase while in your DAF, which means you can generate more money to give to your cause or community.
  • It's Exposure:  When you give through your DAF with PPF, you are not only giving to charity, you are joining a team of well-respected, established athletes, effectively associating your name and your brand with the greats of multiple sports. Click  here to check out our Roster.

Pam Shriver
Former Tennis Player/ESPN Broadcaster
"The Players' Philanthropy Fund has enabled me to focus more of my time on raising my kids and my career with ESPN by streamlining and simplifying my charitable endeavors. Through my fund with PPF, I am able to support causes in my hometown of Baltimore, MD, my current city of residence, Los Angeles, CA and my global tennis community. As a sports industry professional, I wholeheartedly believe that PPF is the perfect  organization to support the philanthropy  of athletes, coaches and others in the business.  It's terrific to be part of a "team" of community-minded sports professionals.  I hope others in our profession will join me by establishing a fund with PPF.
