As the world “reopens” after the global COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations need to relaunch or reinvent themselves. Agility is now a requirement. Talent is shuffling, schedules are flexible, and “Teams” can be a verb. 

State and local governments, nonprofits and private sector organizations are learning agility is the best currency to ensure our organizations and our communities thrive. 

After over a year of holding steady, the PPMC is experiencing change too. Not just the 15 months at home, followed by a new hybrid method of working from home and in our office, but also the addition of new team members...

  • Rice County Community Foundation | The PPMC has just begun conducting a Community Assessment for the foundation.

  • City of Kechi | The PPMC is gearing up to conduct focus groups for the City's strategic planning process.

  • Goodwill Industries | The PPMC is completing the final stages of a strategic planning process for Goodwill Industries of Kansas. Thank you to all who participated!

Thank you for attending the 2021 Women in Public Service annual conference!

It was wonderful to be together with fellow professionals in public service. The event's program was full of incredible women sharing their gifts and talents with attendees.
