PPP Loan Forgiveness Application Available

One of the more appealing parts of the U.S. Treasury's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is the provision for potential loan forgiveness for borrowers who use loan proceeds in an approved manner (for payroll, healthcare, utilities, rent, and interest on mortgages). The Small Business Administration (SBA), which is overseeing the PPP program, has issued an 11-page application that borrowers must use to request loan forgiveness. The application must be submitted electronically to the lending institution that provided the PPP loan. You can download a copy of the application here.
