Learn about the recent changes to the Paycheck Protection Program with experts from our Capital Access Team, Summit Bank and the Small Business Administration. This one-hour webinar will include Eric Lind from the Oregon SBDC's Capital Access Team, Ashley Horner from Summit Bank and Portland SBA District Director Marty Golden. Eric Lind is a former small business banker based in Eugene. After retiring, he joined the Oregon SBDC's Capital Access Team to help businesses access financing.
Ashley Horner is the Vice-President of Small Business Loan Programs at Summit Bank. Ashley has extensive experience structuring and underwriting small business loans and leads Summit Bank's SBA loan program.
Noah Brockman is the Capital Access Team lead for the Oregon Small Business Development Center Network. Based in Portland, Noah has extensive policy and financial experience.
Marty Golden is the Portland District Director for the Small Business Administration. Marty is responsible for the SBA's regional presence in Oregon and overseeing programs in the state. Prior to joining the SBA, Marty spent 20 years in banking.

If your business has not yet applied for either the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) or the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL) and you still need financial assistance, these programs are currently open to all eligible small businesses. These programs are the primary assistance measures the federal government has taken to help small businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic.
