Thank you for your generous support, allowing the PRC to connect with and serve patients like Jeanette. Together, we are Igniting Hope and creating a culture of life in our communities! | |
Dear friends,
As we write this, we are only 3 days away from the PRC's Banquet for Life! We can’t wait to see you all and share how the PRC has not just met but exceeded the goals we set before you at last year’s Gala. There are still a few seats available, and you may register at the following link: Click here to register for the banquet
Together, we have made a significant impact for life in the Salt Lake Valley, but there is still much work to be done.
This past March, the Guttmacher Institute reported that chemical abortion accounted for 63 percent of all abortions in the United States in 2023. The reported number of prenatal deaths by chemical abortion is now higher than 642,000.

Please pray for the PRC, that women will be able to find us quickly online before they make a potentially deadly decision to order the abortion pills—or, if they have already taken the first pill of the 2-drug chemical abortion regimen—quickly find, and contact the PRC about abortion pill reversal.
We have seen this life-saving medical protocol work firsthand. It has the potential to save a pregnancy and even lead to transformation in a new mother’s life.
Here at the PRC, we can offer hope, love, and ultimately, transformation through the power of Christ, thanks to YOU, our faithful supporters. What your gifts and our staff accomplish every day, will echo in eternity.

P.S. Read the special news section below to learn more about the rapid rise and illegal distribution of these abortion drugs, sadly enabled by our own government at the highest levels.

- One-piece pajamas (all sizes, but the most needed are 6 m, 9 m, 12m, and 18 m, for boys and girls.

A recent investigation into the abortion pill industry by American Life League shows that our own government is enabling drug cartel-style networks to illegally distribute the abortion drugs mifepristone and misoprostol on a massive and growing scale—even into states in which these death-dealing drugs are banned. Moreover, women are dying because of the FDA’s 2023 removal of common-sense regulations, such as in-person dispensing. “Women across America are accessing these pills at an astonishing rate, despite the increased protections for preborn children that many states have implemented since the fall of Roe v. Wade,” observed Katie Brown, American Life League National Director.
Key findings in the American Life League’s investigation include:
-
The Mexico-based Las Libres illegally ships black-market abortion pills to American states and US territories that restrict abortion. This is one of multiple “Community Partner Networks” that do so.
-
Anyone can buy these unregulated, non-prescribed, abortion drugs. They are marketed over the internet to unverified customers from unauthorized, unvalidated suppliers, with no oversight as to drug quality, purity, or suitability of the recipient.
-
Orders are secret and untraceable, as women seeking to obtain abortion pills via mail are instructed how to submit anonymous, cryptic emails using private search engines and surreptitious apps.
-
“Lie to your doctor” is the instruction that Las Libres provides, issuing specific details on how to hide their abortion and claim it's a miscarriage if they are experiencing excessive bleeding and need medical attention.
Unsupervised, DIY abortions without any medical oversight are dangerous to women, as exemplified by the recent tragic deaths of Amber Thurman and Candi Miller, along with their preborn children. These women deserved proper informed consent, medical pre-assessment, and a discussion of all their options. They received none of these from the abortion industry, which continues to sell the lie, amplified by their partners in the media, that these drugs are “as safe as Tylenol.” Don’t be deceived that their deaths are due to pro-life laws.

MORE IN THE NEWS:
- Last May, New York State Attorney General Letticia James filed lawsuits against 11 pregnancy centers that provided or referred clients to the abortion pill reversal procedure, accusing them of engaging in fraud, deceptive business practices, and false advertising. Last week, however, a federal judge barred her from taking any further action to censor the “free speech” of these centers, who may freely inform clients of this life saving service without fear of persecution. AG James likely didn’t expect to prevail, but this blatant exercise of “Lawfare” serves her masters in the abortion lobby and offers red meat to her radical left supporters. Read more here.

Amber Thurman’s tragic death (and many others who go unreported) was caused by the adverse side effects of abortion drugs, and medical negligence, not pro-life laws. This article cuts through the political noise surrounding the recent deaths of two women who had taken the abortion pill regimen. We mourn their tragic loss and that of their babies.
-
The stakes have never been higher for pro-life ministries and organizations than during this election cycle. I’m very sorry to be forced to ask which candidate is least objectionable to committed Christians who believe in the sanctity of human life. Perhaps we should ask instead which administration would do all in its power to “federally mandate abortion through all nine months of pregnancy, nullify existing state pro-life laws, and attack pro-life Christian ministries across the country.” Read more here.

-
Pray for the success of our annual banquet. We need to raise $275,000 to expand our services, create an additional 3,000 square feet of client-facing space in our Salt Lake clinic, and pay our operating expenses in the coming year.
-
Pray women like Jeanette, who have chosen life for their unborn babies - may nothing stand in their way of embracing parenthood.
-
Pray for those who may be suffering in secret over past abortions. Pray that they can find the PRC and our post-abortion support program, Pathway to Hope.
-
Pray that more young moms and (especially) dads will attend the LifeSteps Parenting classes.
- Pray for our judges and Justices, who will continue to deliberate the constitutionality of Utah's abortion laws.
