The Small Business Jobs Survival Act (SBJSA) will alleviate the stress on small businesses to relocate their storefronts, establish fair and due process in negotiating lease agreements.
New York, NY-- On Wednesday, October 17, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez will be joined by small business owners from throughout the City to rally ahead of the Committee on Small Business hearing on Monday, October 22. At the hearing, the Committee will hear testimony from small business owners, elected officials, community organizations, small business experts, pertaining to the Small Business Jobs Survival Act, to address the citywide crisis of Mom & Pop shops shutting down due to a lack of oversight and transparency with commercial leases.

Nueva York, NY-- El Miércoles 17 de Octubre, miembros de pequeños negocios de toda la ciudad se unirán a Ydanis Rodriguez, Miembro del Consejo días antes de la audiencia del Comité de Pequeñas Empresas el Lunes 22 de Octubre.
