NYC COUNCIL TO HONOR ORGANIZERS OF THE DOMINICAN FILM FESTIVAL
In its Sixth Year, the Dominican Film Festival Will be Honored by the NYC Council During Council Stated Meeting
New York, NY -- Tomorrow, July 20th, at 1:00pm, the Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez and the NYC Council will honor the organizers of the Dominican Film Festival on the occasion of their sixth annual celebration. The ceremony will take place in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
The Dominican Film Festival, held each year over the past six years, provides a forum for film makers, actors and actresses of Dominican descent to showcase their work. Executive Director Armando Guareno and his team will be present to receive the honor.
The film festival is set to begin on Tuesday, July 25th at the United Palace Theatre in Washington Heights.
