Ms. Bucknum is an experienced leader with 27 years in the community management industry, with extensive and diversified experience with community association /homeowners associations, including financial & budgetary experience, phasing developer communities & public sector experience. We provide the following services to developers, municipalities / special districts, homeowners’ associations and master planned communities:
- DRE budget, amenity, & staffing consultation
- Pre-management services consultation for CC&R’s, rules and regulations
- Conduct research and bid administration for community management services
- Serve in declarant board position
- Conduct turnover walks with punch list completed
- Bid administration and project management support for community renovations and enhancements
- Reserve study support
