CCCD Invites You to Celebrate National Pollinator Week

at the 2024 Pollinator Palooza!


Walpole, NH (May 20, 2024) – The Cheshire County Conservation District (CCCD) invites you to celebrate National Pollinator Week. National Pollinator Week is an annual opportunity to celebrate pollinators and learn how to support pollinator health in our community!


To celebrate National Pollinator Week, CCCD invites you to the 2024 Pollinator Palooza!


When: Tuesday, June 25th 11:00AM-2:00PM

Where: Ashuelot River Park, Keene, NH


Join us for an afternoon of learning and celebration of pollinators following National Pollinator Week! Learn more from organizations throughout our region, and enjoy games and activities for participants of all ages!


Activities include: pollinator bingo, honeycomb coloring, caterpillar exploration, painting your own pot for a native plant, and more!


This event is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine!


We are excited to offer the opportunity to shop locally and support conservation!


Local plant and food vendors will be selling a variety of products, with 20% of sales supporting CCCD's conservation programs! 


Vendors include: Fassett Farm Nursery, Julie's Garden, Phylicia Roberts, Gemmo Forest, Lady Lilac Farm, Sunshine Lemonade Company, and Benjee’S Cookies! 


Presented by Cheshire County Conservation District, the City of Keene Parks and Recreation, Friends of the Ashuelot River, Moosewood Ecological, Keene Public Library, SOAK Up the Rain NH, NH Fish & Game, The Caterpillar Lab, Monadnock Beekeepers Association, Monadnock Outdoors, and Healthy Home Habitats.
