Celebrate Halloween at Coggeshall Farm Museum

See the Farm transformed into a spooky, spectacular, wonderland for Halloween!

BRISTOL, RICelebrate Halloween with a special evening visit to Coggeshall Farm Museum. On October 21, 22, 28, and 29 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. come to experience the transformation of the historic landscape into a Halloween marvel.

Visit themed trick-or-treat stations and collect candy throughout the spooky garden, haunted barn, and the Grim Reaper’s lair. See flying broom-making in the woodshop and listen to ghost stories around the bonfire. Hands-on craft activities include carving your own creepy apple head and decorating a treat bag. Play games such as pumpkin bowling, “rotten” egg race, and a witch hat ring toss. For those adventurous souls, there’s a planned night hike after dark.

There will also be a community carved pumpkin competition! Take part by adding your own creation to our field of pumpkins and vote for your favorite. Carve your most imaginative designs and bring your creations to the Farm on October 19th or 20th between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Then see your masterpieces showcased alongside others. Deadline to sign up to carve is October 13, 2023. Details online at https://coggeshallfarm.org/event/a-coggeshall-halloween/.

Guests are welcome to come in their own costumes to join in on the fun (this is a family event so nothing too scary, please).
