C2 Your Health Women’s Initiative Inc. and Mishawaka Business Association are recognizing and rewarding the accomplishments of women entrepreneurs who are emerging business leaders and inspiration for women entrepreneur business in our region.

SOUTH BEND, IN August 14th, 2021: Mishawaka Business Association and C2 Your Health Women’s Initiative Inc. are excited to launch the Michiana Women Entrepreneurs to Watch for 2021 at the Women Entrepreneur Small Business Spotlight Showcase Advance. Elevate. Innovate. event scheduled for Thursday, August 19^th, 2019. The hours of the event is 10 am – 3:30 pm and the event will take place at the Rio Park Events beautiful event space owned and operated by Sarah Overholster, a women entrepreneur.

Women Entrepreneur Small Business Spotlight Showcase Advance. Elevate. Innovate. is bringing together the Michiana community to shop, support, honor and celebrate women entrepreneurs whose businesses are not only surviving but flourishing during this pandemic.

“This event is designed to advance women entrepreneur business by providing a venue for shopping and appointment making, elevate her confidence and empowering her to continue to innovate their way to economic success.” says Cindy Cohen, Founder of C2 Your Health Women’s Initiative Inc.

The Michiana Women Entrepreneurs to Watch award recognizes and rewards accomplishments of women entrepreneurs who are emerging business leaders, the movers-and-shakers, the disruptors, the innovators, and inspirations for women entrepreneur business in our region now and success to come.

The women nominated for the Michiana Women Entrepreneurs to Watch 2021 were nominated by their peers, selecting women they know, see as leaders, role models and rising stars in the community.

The Michiana Women Entrepreneur to Watch 2021 is happening along side the launch of a new women’s entrepreneur initiative helping women in domestic violence, and survivors transition to entrepreneurship Women Move Forward Entrepreneur Mentoring Community Launch and the H.O.T. Domestic Violence Community Ambassador program launch thanks to The Pokagon Fund, H.O.T. Hear Our Tears and the Community-wide Business Grand Opening Launch Party.

The Michiana Women Entrepreneurs to Watch 2021 awards ceremony begins at 1 PM. The public is invited to attend. Guests will enjoy a festive atmosphere, announcement of the nominees and winner of the award by Mishawaka Business Association and C2 Your Health Women’s Initiative Inc., along with the opportunity to interact with 40 women business owners, featuring boutique shopping, anti-aging treatments, business coaches and community resources. Rico Suave LLC food truck will be on location. Tickets are $5.00 which is being donated to women entrepreneur mentoring.
