NCSEJ Elects Daniel Rubin as Chairman; Reelects President Alexander Smukler

WASHINGTON, D.C., December 10, 2015 - NCSEJ's Board of Governors elected Daniel Rubin of Bergen County, New Jersey, as the organization's new Chairman at its annual meeting on December 8, 2015. He succeeds Stephen Greenberg, who became Chairman in 2012.

Speaking at the meeting, Rubin said that he was honored to accept the Board's nomination and to serve.

"These are not things that you do for the honors or for the title of being 'Chairman,'" he said, "you do it because it's a part of your life."

Rubin has extensive experience as leader in the field of Jewish advocacy. He has been a member of NCSEJ's Executive Committee for three years.
