Indest III, President and Managing Partner, has been recognized as a nominee for both the 2020 and the 2021 Florida Bar Award for Excellence in the Promotion of Board Certification. His extensive list of achievements, accomplishments and community involvement in promoting board certification among lawyers earned him his placement on the list.
Mr. Indest is among a distinguished group of board certified Florida Bar members who have been recognized by their colleagues for “excellence and creativity in advancing the public’s knowledge of and appreciation for legal board certification” and have allowed those individuals to volunteer countless hours in service to the program.
Mr. Indest is a well-known attorney both in the local community and statewide. He represents primarily physicians, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, medical groups, licensed health facilities and other health providers in Florida and throughout the U.S. He is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in the legal specialty of Health Law. He has been board certified by The Florida Bar in Health Law for more than 20 years. Mr. Indest was recognized as a legal specialist by the U.S Navy in Health Law and International Law when he served. His current civilian practice encompasses all aspects of health law.
