The applicant allegedly failed to renew her nursing license and practiced without a license in the state of Georgia. Mr. Leider successfully obtained a finding of no probable cause after a hearing on January 21, 2020 in Tallahassee.

Mr. Leider stated: "Ordinarily, discipline from other state boards of nursing usually results in similar discipline by the Florida Board of Nursing.  However, with skilled representation, there may be ways to avoid the reciprocal discipline trap."
