ORLANDO ATTORNEY LANCE O. LEIDER SUCCEEDS IN OBTAINING DISMISSAL IN DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH INVESTIGATION ON MASSAGE THERAPIST ESTABLISHMENT

Orlando, Fla. - July 8, 2020 -The Health Law Firm announced that one of its health law attorneys, Lance O. Leider, recently obtained a favorable decision in a Department of Health complaint investigation of his client, a massage establishment.

The Department of Health was investigating a complaint that Mr. Leider's client had allegedly provided prostitution services through its licensed massage facility . H e was successful in attaining a "no probable cause" finding by the Probable Cause Panel of the Board of Massage Therapy.

As a result of Mr. Leider's representation, the charges against the client were dismissed and the case closed.
