Orlando, Fla. - January 3, 2022 - The Health Law Firm announced that its attorney, Lance O. Leider, recently won a favorable decision in a formal administrative hearing against his client, a massage therapist.

The massage therapist allegedly sexually abused a client during her massage. Mr. Leider successfully had the complaint against his client dismissed after a disputed-fact hearing and review by the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH).

Mr. Leider stated: "He-said-she-said cases are always difficult and hard fought, but I am grateful for a judge that was willing to look at all the evidence and find what we all knew to be the case, that our client was innocent."
