ORLANDO HEALTH LAW ATTORNEY SUCCEEDS IN OBTAINING DISMISSAL OF CHARGES AGAINST NURSE

Attorney George F. Indest III
Orlando,  Fla. - June 20, 2019 -   The Health Law Firm announced that one of its attorneys, George F. Indest III, Board Certified in Health Law, recently succeeded in having a Department of Health investigation dismissed against a registered nurse practicing in Florida. The nurse was originally accused of obtaining and relying on a fake or phony nursing degree that was obtained online and using it within the practice of nursing.

Mr. Indest was able to obtain a dismissal by the Probable Cause Panel of the Board of Nursing.  This means the case is now closed and there will be no record of it.

"We expend a great deal of time and effort in putting together a comprehensive presentation for the Probable Cause Panel in each case to do our best to obtain a dismissal. This way, if it is dismissed, is it is never on the provider's license," Indest said.
