Orlando, Fla. - June 25, 2019 -   The Health Law Firm announced that one of its attorneys, George F. Indest III, recently succeeded in having a Department of Health investigation dismissed against a Central Florida compounding pharmacy and two of its pharmacists. The Department of Health had alleged that the pharmacy and the two pharmacists involved had incorrectly compounded a prescription medication for an elderly patient, causing harm to the patient.

Mr. Indest was able to convince the Probable Cause Panel of the Board of Pharmacy to dismiss the case against the pharmacy and the two pharmacists with a finding of no probable cause. This means the case is now closed and sealed and it is as though there had never been any investigation opened.

"We organize and put together a thorough, comprehensive defense in each case attempting to have the Probable Cause Panel in each case recommend dismissal. That way, the complaint is never on the pharmacist's or pharmacies license," Indest said.
