ORLANDO HEALTH LAW ATTORNEY WINS FAVORABLE DECISION AND GRANTING OF COLORADO NURSING LICENSE

Orlando, Fla. - April 1, 2020 - The Health Law Firm announced that one of its attorneys, Carole C. Schriefer, a practicing health law attorney and a former registered nurse, recently was successful in obtaining a Colorado Nursing License on behalf of her client.

The licensing had been delayed because the client had criminal charges in 2008 and had allowed her nursing license to expire. When she applied to try to have her license reinstated in 2019, the likelihood of her being approved were slim. With the assistance of Ms. Schriefer, the licensing agency recently approved her application.

Ms. Schriefer stated: "Sometimes an arrest or minor criminal infraction can prevent an experienced, deserving person from obtaining a professional license. However, an experienced health lawyer can often help to navigate around obstacle in the path. Our firm has been successful in many similar cases."

The Health Law Firm routinely provides legal representation to nurses, physicians, pharmacists, mental health counselors, and health care professionals in a variety of different situations. You can visit our Areas of Practice page on our website to learn about how we can help if you find yourself in such a situation, or just need legal advice on a health law or business issue.
