ORLANDO HEALTH LAW ATTORNEY SUCCEEDS IN GETTING CASE DISMISSED FOR COLORADO REGISTERED NURSE

Orlando, Fla. - May 2, 2020 - The Health Law Firm announced that one of its attorneys, Carole C. Schriefer, a practicing health law attorney and a retired registered nurse, recently was successful in obtaining a favorable outcome on behalf of her client, a Colorado registered nurse.

Her client was accused of sub-standard nursing care after a Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA) investigation.

Ms. Schriefer was able to obtain a favorable outcome, resulting in getting the case dismissed entirely, closing the case. This means there will be no record of any discipline on the nurse's license.
