Orlando, Fla. - March 24, 2022 - The Health Law Firm is proud to announce that George F. Indest III, its President and Managing Partner, was quoted extensively in a recent article concerning a fraud investigation and settlement involving a major Florida hospital system and a county school district.
The nonprofit NCH (Naples Community Hospital) Healthcare System recently agreed to pay $5.5 million to the United States for allegedly donating services to the Collier County School District in the 2014-2015 school year in order to improperly increase the system’s share of Medicaid funding.
