"10 Reasons Why #WomenMentoringWorks Counting Down to #GivingTuesday." campaign supporting women leaders through entrepreneurial mentoring in Saint Joseph County and surrounding counties.
 
December 3rd is set aside as #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the giving season by inspiring people to give back.
C2 Your Health Women's Initiative Inc . supports the Women's Entrepreneur Summit along with the much-needed ongoing women entrepreneurial mentoring. Women owned business fail at an alarming rate of 70% according to Entrepreneur.com.
 
The U.S.2012 Census reported  2% of St. Joseph County & 3% in Elkhart County business are women owned as compared to 39% in the U.S. and 37% in Indiana. C2 Your Health Women's Initiative Inc. aims to change this by supporting struggling entrepreneurs through mentoring & resource connections to women from low income neighborhoods to improve economic positioning.
